The Modern Group based in the Island of Jersey, UK has been operating since 1967.

The company commenced business as a hospitality company in 1967 and rapidly grew to become the largest hospitality company on the island. The Modern Group operated hotels, restaurants, bars & cafes, coaching, cabaret venues and entertainments.

Since 2021 the company has migrated its hospitality company into a real estate & investment company no longer operating any hospitality business on the island. The company now owns, operates and manages a growing portfolio of residential apartment, commercial and retail properties.

The investment side of the company focuses on silent minority investments in companies focused on Life Science, Hospitality and Technology.
